What is the difference between CX, UX and UI?
Customer experience (CX) is the whole experience someone has with your business. User experience (UX) is how easy and useful your website or app is to use. User interface (UI) design is how it looks and how each screen and control works.
Do you design for Android and iOS apps as well as websites?
Yes. We design for websites and for Android and iOS apps, keeping one consistent design language while respecting how each platform works.
Can you work with our existing brand or design system?
Yes. We can work within your current brand guidelines and components, or help you extend them into a fuller design system.
Do you also build the designs?
We can, if you want us to. We can also hand the designs over to your own developers with specifications and assets.
How do you test designs?
We test prototypes or live products with people who represent your users. The method depends on the project and is agreed with you.
What will we receive at the end?
That depends on the scope. It can include research findings, journey maps, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, design system components and developer handoff files.
Which design tools do you use?
We usually design in Figma and can share files and clickable prototypes with your team.
