What does ReactWoo Maintenance include?
Managed updates, cloud backups, regular site and security checks, maintenance reporting and a customer maintenance dashboard. Standard and Business also include technical support time each month.
Do I need to give ReactWoo my WordPress password?
No. The normal connection flow is designed so that you approve secure access from WordPress rather than sending us your usual login password.
Can I cancel my maintenance plan?
Customers continue to receive service for any paid entitlement period, subject to the subscription terms. Maintenance access is removed after the service has ended.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a renewal payment fails, there is a short grace period to allow the payment issue to be resolved. Maintenance may be paused if payment is not recovered.
Does unused support time roll over?
Included monthly support time does not roll over.
How does support time work on annual billing?
Support time stays monthly. Standard includes 60 minutes and Business 120 minutes in each monthly service period, even when you pay annually. It is not given as one yearly block.
Can ReactWoo work on my website as well as maintain it?
Yes. Small fixes and changes can use support time. Larger work, such as new pages, redesigns or integrations, is scoped and quoted separately.
Do Maintenance plans include premium plugin licences?
No. Maintenance plans do not include premium plugin or theme licences. We work with the licences you already have to keep your premium plugins and themes updated.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. Contact us to change plan. Changes are applied in line with your subscription terms.
Can I use Maintenance for WooCommerce?
Yes. The Business plan is intended for WooCommerce and more demanding WordPress sites.
