  • “Plugin” refers to any ReactWoo software product offered for download or purchase.
  • “License Key” means a unique code issued to authorize plugin use.
  • “API Services” refers to all external integration endpoints and quota-based services we provide, including those connected to AliExpress, eBay, and AI content generation.
2. Use of Services
  • You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • You will use our services for lawful purposes only.
  • You will not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of our services without express written permission.
3. Licensing & Subscriptions
  • Plugins require a valid license key issued via ReactWoo.com or a certified reseller.
  • Licenses are granted per site, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the subscription tier.
  • Free plans may include limited features, while paid plans grant extended access to premium APIs, AI capabilities, and support.
  • All license keys are subject to automatic validation and can be revoked for breach of terms.
4. API Access & Usage Limits
  • API access is granted via secured endpoints hosted at https://api.reactwoo.com.
  • Free accounts receive limited API credits (e.g., 10 SEO generations).
  • Usage quotas are tied to your subscription plan. Abuse or unauthorized automation is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access in cases of suspected misuse.
5. Product Sync and Data Responsibility
  • ReactWoo facilitates product sync between WooCommerce and third-party platforms (e.g., AliExpress, eBay).
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with the terms and policies of the respective marketplaces.
6. Payment, Renewals, and Refunds
  • Paid licenses are billed via Stripe or PayPal on a subscription or one-time basis.
  • Renewal notices will be emailed in advance. If payment fails, access may be suspended.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to evaluation. API usage beyond the limit forfeits eligibility.
7. Intellectual Property
  • All ReactWoo plugins, interfaces, documentation, and logos are the intellectual property of ReactWoo.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute our code without express consent.
8. Account Termination
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts or disable license keys without notice for:
    • Unauthorized distribution or resale
    • Breach of terms
    • Attempts to manipulate APIs or billing systems
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReactWoo or its team be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
